Every Mowgoud artwork is a framed, signed, and numbered limited-edition print, prepared and packed with great care before it begins its journey to you.

Processing time

Each piece is prepared to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for your artwork to be inspected, signed, editioned, framed, and securely packaged before dispatch.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide from the United Arab Emirates. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 3–7 business days within the GCC and 7–21 business days for international orders, once dispatched.

Packaging

Framed works are protected with corner guards, acid-free wrapping, and rigid, impact-resistant packaging designed specifically for glazed and float-mounted artwork.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mowgoud@gmail.com with photographs of the packaging and the piece, and we will make it right. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
