Returns & Refunds
Each Mowgoud artwork is an original, hand-signed, numbered limited edition. We want you to be delighted with your piece — and if it isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
Our return window
You may request a return within 14 days of your order being delivered. To be eligible, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging — undamaged and with its certificate of authenticity included.
How to start a return
The fastest way is self-serve: log in to your account, open the relevant order, and select Request return. Choose the item and a reason, and we'll review your request and send return instructions by email. Prefer to arrange it by hand? Email mowgoud@gmail.com and we'll set it up for you.
Return shipping & fees
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked, insured service, as the artwork remains your responsibility until it reaches us safely. There is no restocking fee — once your return is received and approved, the full item price is refunded.
Damaged in transit
If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mowgoud@gmail.com with clear photographs of the damage and the packaging. We'll arrange a replacement of the same edition where available, or a full refund — and we cover return shipping in this case.
Incorrect or defective items
If you receive the wrong piece or notice a production defect, we'll replace it or refund you in full, including return shipping.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
