Welcome to Mowgoud. By accessing or purchasing from mowgoud.com, you agree to the following terms.

Products

All artworks are limited-edition giclée prints, signed and numbered by the artist and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. We make every effort to display colours accurately, but slight variation between screens and the physical print may occur, which is inherent to fine-art reproduction.

Editions & availability

Edition sizes are fixed and stated on each product. Once an edition is sold out it will not be reprinted. Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

Pricing & payment

Prices are listed in UAE Dirham (AED). Prices shown in other currencies are approximate conversions for reference; your payment will be processed in AED. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing error. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery.

Intellectual property

All artwork, imagery, and content on this site are the property of the artist and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
